Geoff McDonald

Chief Executive Officer

Geoff leads the overall strategy and vision for Skyline Enterprises. He joined Skyline in 2017.

Danny Luke

Chief Operating Officer

Danny oversees the operations of Skyline Enterprises. He has been in this role since November 2024, having previously held the position of General Manager, International Development. He has been with Skyline since 2003.

Brooke Campbell

Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer

Brooke is responsible for leading Skyline’s people, corporate affairs, and sustainability strategy. She has been in this role since November 2024, previously holding the position of General Manager, People and Corporate Affairs. She has been with Skyline since 2019.

Brendon Lines

General Manager, Finance

Brendon is responsible for managing Skyline Enterprises’ financial operations. He has been in this role since November 2022, having previously held the position of Group Accountant. He has been with Skyline since 2017.

Sam Goddard

General Manager, Business Development

Sam leads Skyline’s business development efforts, focusing on identifying and pursuing new opportunities. He joined Skyline in December 2024.

Mike Zeff

General Manager, ICT and IT Applications

Mike leads Skyline’s information and communication technology (ICT) and IT applications strategy. He started in this role in January 2024, after joining Skyline in 2023.

Mark Thompson

General Manager, CX and Digital

Mark oversees Skyline’s customer experience (CX), digital, and brand strategy. He joined Skyline in May 2023.

Paul Embleton-Muir

General Manager, Project Delivery

Paul oversees the delivery of Skyline’s construction projects. He has been in this role since November 2024, having previously held the position of Construction Project Manager. He has been with Skyline since 2018.

Steve McLean

General Manager, Skyline Queenstown Developments

Steve is responsible for leading Skyline Queenstown’s development projects. He has been in this role since November 2024, having previously held the position of General Manager, Developments. He joined Skyline in 2019.

James Thomas

General Manager, International Luge Operations

James leads Skyline’s international Luge operations. He started in this role in March 2020.

Andrew Jensen

General Manager, Skyline Rotorua

Andrew leads the operations of Skyline Rotorua. He has been in this role since 2017 and has been with Skyline since 2001.

Wayne Rose

General Manager, Skyline Queenstown

Wayne leads the operations and oversees the redevelopment of Skyline Queenstown. He has been in this role since 2017 and has been with Skyline since 2005.

Alastair Clifford

Group Manager, Property and Accommodation

Alastair manages Skyline’s property and accommodation assets. He started in this role in August 2021 and has been with Skyline since 2016.
